The warranty on most of our products is one year from the date of purchase. We also offer a 60 day moneyback return policy on most of what we sell.
We offer a lifetime warranty on all of our welds.
Warranty exceptions:
- We don't cover physically breaking the Rod on fire fans, however, we do offer a low cost repair service.
- We do not cover hoop tubing. If you are an aggressive Hooper, you will break hoops. We do however offer removable spines on all the hoops so you can always just buy a replacement hoop and put your fire spines back on it to saving money.
Clothing, wick cover and fire blankets have a 30 day warranty.
We do not cover grip or wick. These are considered consumable items.
