24/4 (TEX-70) - This is the thread we use for most all of our sewing. It has 4 filaments and a breaking Strength of about 14lb. There are approximately 93ft (28 meters) on a spool. Ideal for hand sewing wicks onto props.
This thread is not thick enough to be used for the string of a fire wand.
